This is set per program, not per platform. If your program has a decision behind it you need an admissions office: states, reviewers, and a message that goes out every time something changes. If it does not, you need a button. Certrevo has both.

An application form per program

Different programs ask different things. A weekend workshop needs a name and an email. A twelve-week fellowship needs a transcript, a statement of purpose and two references.
